اليوم ساشارك بمقالة باللغه العربية
وهى طريقة عمل الميني بيتزا
المكونات
دقيق
ماء
بيضه
زعتر
ملح
رشة سكر
حليب
زيت
ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر
الطريقة
نضع الخميرة وملعقة السكر فى كوب به ماء
ونتركها حتى تتفاعل. وتختمر
فى وعاء نضع الدقيق والبيكنج بودر والملح الزعتر ثم نضيف اليهم كوب الماء ونبدا بالعجن
ثم نضيف البيضة واللبن ونعجن مره اخرى
وفى النهاية نضيف الزيت ونكمل عجن
ثم نترك العجينة لتختمر
بعد ذلك نقسم العجينة الى كرات صغيره
ثم نقوم بفردهاونضع صلصه بالزعتر عليها
ونضيف اى شيء نحبه
مشروم او لحمة او سجق
ونرش على الوجه جبنة موتزريلا
ثم ندخلها الفرن حتى تستوى
ونقدمها بالف هنا وشفا
