Christmas Mocha Coffee Sticks 1/12/2017
Hello Steemian and welcome to the Christmas countdown 01/12/2017 with each day we will have a joyful reminder that there are now only 23 days left and 4 hours to go until its Christmas 2017.
So get those festive outfits together grab those elvish kids give them some decorations each and lets enjoy getting ready for Santa's big arrival.
Hmm this could be a good last minute food gift for this years Christmas get together's these are yummy mocha salted caramel hot chocolate's on a stick and are relatively simple to make.
These mocha salted caramel hot chocolate's on a stick are rich and incredibly chocolatey DUH with a nice balance of espresso and salted caramel.
If you have a double boiler melt the chocolate until smooth and stir in your cocoa powder, sugar, espresso powder and the salt.
The mixture will be thick so now get out your paper cups.
Best way to do this is fill a piping bag with the chocolate mixture and cut out the tip then just squeeze a small amount of the chocolate into the bottom of your cups.
Once done top it with some soft caramel and then once again fill it in with more chocolate.
Now filled it would be the ideal time to place the popsicle sticks.
Lastly top it with more caramel and if you want add more bits maybe a couple of marshmallows but mainly remember to sprinkle the salt over the chocolate.
Allow them to harden overnight or 5 or so hours.

It look simple to make but I can't say I going be a fan of it as I don't like coffee lol
Oh i see lol well I am not a big fan either I would only put a small spoonful to enchant the chocolate taste but you maybe just leave that part out and use regular chocolate coffee isnt needed @hotmagoes what chocolate do you prefer?
