Making Cheese goures at home

An uncommonly versatile snack, gushers can be consumed both independently and with a filling - a salad or a combination of a teaspoon of soft cheese, a slice of red fish and a sprig of dill will come off. Here is the recipe for you to enjoy with family.

Ingredients

• 200 g of milk or water;
• 100 g of butter;
• 150 g of flour;
• 150 g of hard or semi-solid cheese;
• 4 eggs;
• ¼ teaspoon of salt;
• ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper.

Preparation

Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Milk pour into a saucepan, add butter, salt and pepper, bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and pour in flour. Quickly knead the dough until it starts to peel off the sides of the pan.

Remove the pan from the heat, add the cheese and mix thoroughly. One by one, mix the eggs, each time achieving uniformity of the test.

A tablespoon moistened in cold water, place small portions of dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Gouges will decently increase in volume, so leave some distance between them.

Send the pan for 10 minutes to the oven, heated to 200 degrees, then reduce the heat to 180 degrees and bring the gushers to the ready for 15-20 minutes. During cooking do not open the oven - buns can settle.
