Panes Integrales: para cuidar nuestro intestino.
Este fin de semana nos dedicamos a realizar panes integrales, en la imagen observan lo siguiente:
Una rebanada de pan de molde de tres cereales, usamos la linaza, avena y trigo; solo hicimos un pan para todos los participantes, así que solo tocó una rebanada para cada uno :-)
El pan largo es de afrecho, muy suave y de sabor suave ligeramente dulzón, esponjoso a pesar de su forma.
El más gordito de los panes es el pan de pasas, que tomó buena textura y se siente el sabor de las pasas que fueron desmenuzadas y amasadas logrando una compactación entre sabor y masa bastante bueno.
Sin duda tener el conocimiento de realizar estos panes me ayudará a complacer esos estómagos que necesitan un trato delicado y a la vez les gusta mantener el picante que un pan puede traer a la vida :-) ️
