VIETNAM FOOD #6: Vietnamese Stuffed Pancakes (The simplest recipe) - Bánh cuốn bằng chảo
Vietnamese Stuffed Pancake are a familiar dish of Vietnamese people, especially Hanoians. Traditional Vietnamese Stuffed Pancakes are made quite picky, however today I will introduce a simple recipe. You can do regular breakfast for your family!
Ingredient:
- 1 cup of rice flour
- ½ cup Tapioca flour
- 200gr minced pork
- 15gr wood ear mushrooms
- Dry onion
- Pepper
- Salt
- Cooking oil
Method: like in video
Note:
- The ratio between rice flour and tapioca flour may vary according to taste. Rice flour helps crispy crust, flour helps to toughen the cake!
- You can soak flour overnight to use the next morning will be more delicious, smooth cake!
Bánh cuốn là một món ăn quen thuộc của người Việt Nam, đặc biệt là người Hà Nội. Bánh cuốn truyền thống được làm khá cầu kỳ, tuy nhiên hôm nay mình sẽ giới thiệu cách làm đơn giản. Bạn có thể làm thường xuyên cho bữa sáng của gia đình mình!
Thành phần:
- 1 cup bột gạo
- ½ cup bột năng
- 200gr thịt lợn băm
- 15gr mộc nhĩ
- Hành khô
- Muối
- Tiêu
- Dầu ăn
Cách làm: như trong video
_Lưu ý: _
- Tỷ lệ giữa bột gạo và bột năng có thể thay đổi tùy theo khẩu vị. Bột gạo giúp bánh giòn mềm hơn, bột năng giúp bánh dai hơn!
- Các bạn có thể ngâm bột qua đêm để sáng hôm sau dùng sẽ ngon hơn, bánh mượt hơn!
