You have many recipes at your disposal that sound very tasty and I would like to try them.
I've never heard of wood ear mushrooms (I study and admire mushrooms) I will research them.
Did you find success with your diet?
Do you have a garden?
I wish to visit many countries in Asia, more around Southeast Asia. The only place I have been to near is Philippines. Very beautiful.

I only have a small balcony because I live in a condominium in a big city of Vietnam. Thank you for your compliment, I hope you will visit Vietnam because of the variety of Vietnamese cuisine
