We've had plans to try this place for a long time and today we finally did. They used to close early, around 6pm but now they're open later which has inspired us to finally check them out. From what we can tell they're trying to offer healthier Mexican food at great prices.

It's got a cute and cozy atmosphere where you pick your own seat. Most of the dishes have meat but many could be adapted without it. This isn't a vegan place or anything, just a healthier place to get some lunch.

This menu is apparently for later which explains the later hours they've had recently. I'll admit I'm a bit sad we went early as I wanted to try a few different things off that menu.

Cute little evening menu, full of tasty things.

I was a big fan of these Day of the Dead inspired paper mache skeletons.

I ordered agua de pina which is essentially light pineapple juice.

I also got the burritos, which were tasty but not what was expected. Gringos be warned, your chipotle style burrito is an American thing, not a Mexican thing.

John got chicken teriyaki.

He also got chicken toastadas.
