Sometimes chocolate is needed. When that mood strikes, and it does, John generally isn't too into any sort of rich dessert so I decided to adapt a recipe and make brownies for two (both of which I ate) instead of a whole pan.

Ingredients:

1/4 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 t vanilla
1 egg
1/4 c AP flour
1 t baking powder
caramel sauce to top

Combine all but the topping in a bowl and pour into two ramekins. I baked them at 350 for about 15 minutes. Top while warm with caramel and enjoy!
