How to prepare Bolognese Spaguetti? / ¿Como preparar pasta a la boloñesa?

Hi steemian friends, today i will make something new, it's my first recipe created for this blog, this food is totally italian, prepared by a venezolan so we need some ingredients for start this delicious food:

  • One small purple Onion
  • One piece of carrot
  • One Red, yellow or green Pepper
  • One Bell Pepper
  • Tomato Soup
  • 1/2 kilogram Ground beef
  • Soy sauce
  • three spoonfuls of Butter
  • Spaguetti
  • bound spices of onoto, oregano, rosemary, thyme and basil
  • Salt

All this combination of flavors make an unique food, but lets star by steps:

  • We put the pasta in boil hot water in a temperature of 320° centigrades with salt, we wait five minutes and the we took the water in a cup. (it's for used later in the meat).

  • The next step for the preparation of the meat, we cut the onion, the carrot and the peppers.

  • Add the butter to the fryer, the dressings and the species (bound spices of onoto, oregano, rosemary, thyme and basil)

  • With the spoon we remove the mix and in 5 minutes we add the ground beef.

We put the tomato soap to the beef and a lid over it, and wait until the cooking its done, we served in a plate and we're ready to eat.

-Hola amigos de steemit, hoy haré algo nuevo, es mi primera receta para este blog, esta comida es totalmente italiana, preparada por un venezolano, así que necesitamos algunos ingredientes para comenzar esta deliciosa comida:

  • Una pequeña cebolla morada
  • Una pieza de zanahoria
  • Una pimienta roja, amarilla o verde
  • Un Ají dulce
  • Sopa de tomate
  • 1/2 kilogramo de carne picada
  • Salsa de soja
  • tres cucharadas de mantequilla
  • Spaguetti
  • especias enlatadas de onoto, orégano, romero, tomillo y albahaca
  • Sal

Toda esta combinación de sabores hace un alimento único, pero permite estrella por pasos:

  • Ponemos la pasta en agua hirviendo a una temperatura de 320 ° centígrados con sal, esperamos cinco minutos y tomamos el agua en una taza. (es para usarse más adelante en la carne).

  • El siguiente paso para la preparación de la carne, cortamos la cebolla, la zanahoria y los pimientos.

  • Agregue la mantequilla a la freidora, los aderezos y las especies (especias enlatadas de onoto, orégano, romero, tomillo y albahaca)

  • Con la cuchara removemos la mezcla y en 5 minutos agregamos la carne picada.

Ponemos el tomate en la carne y una tapa sobre él, y esperamos hasta que la cocción esté lista, servimos en un plato y estamos listos para comer.
