Hi Steemit Friends,

Happy Thursday, Today I'm going to share the Chinese Potato with you, guess how we made it!

前几日分享的几组美食是手抓猪蹄, 南瓜粉蒸排骨以及蛋黄鸡中翅. 今天来分享一道小清新的菜品哦！

这道拔丝地瓜可谓是一道色香味俱全的汉族传统名菜，这道菜需要将地瓜切成均匀的小条状，最最重要的还是外面那层糖稀，特别考验师傅的火力控制能力，早了吧，拔不出丝，晚了，又不好吃了！

菜品上来的时候，色泽金黄，旁边还有一小碗白水避免牵丝不断时沾一下，最好趁热吃，入口酥脆，吃完口齿留香！当别的菜品吃腻了的时候，不凡来一道这类小清新！
