Daily Food Photography #2 南瓜粉蒸排骨
Happy Sunday,guess what yummy am I going to share with you?
美丽星期天,阳光和煦,此刻唯美食不可缺!忙忙碌碌一周了,是时候约上三两好友聚聚了。
今天我们去了一家川菜馆--巴蜀传香。每次必点菜之一必属南瓜粉蒸排骨了,南瓜软软的甜甜的,入口即化,排骨外面包裹着蒸肉粉,肉香四溢!
在很小的时候,对粉蒸肉特别有印象,一般妈妈都是用五花肉做,再加上芋头或者是土豆一起蒸,那时候不爱吃肉,但是特别爱吃里面的芋头和土豆,感觉老好吃了,人间美味!
粉蒸肉的做法其实很简单,只需要买好蒸肉粉,把五花肉简单腌一下,裹上蒸肉粉,再配上小土豆,装盘放在蒸屉里面蒸,就算完事了!
