An alluring name for barbecue or Kebab food lover. Without burn smoky meat smell, it doesn't goes with kebab image. I usually use bread when I have kebab. This restaurant serve Iraqi Kebab. Whatever the meat, mutton, chicken, fish, the barbecue means delicious food to bring water in your mouth. It is difficult to find people who doesn't like Kebab.
All the time you don't to go to restaurant to have this delicious food, very easily you can make this at your home First of all, add kebab power with your meat it could be any meat, mutton, chicken or fish then soak the loaf well with milk. If the loaf is soft then mix well with Kima I mean with you meat and keep it well it covered for 1 hour. Now, fix then in a stick and make a kebab and bind it with a stick. Now put oil in the pot wait until oil get hot. When the oil starts to heat the oil, beat the barbecue and make the kebab red red. Then eat or serve when it is hot.
