Tumis Pedas Udang Tahu

Hai steemian hari ini saya mau membagi resep membuat Tumis Pedas Udang Tahu. Bosan dengan menu udang itu-itu aja,jangan lupa mencoba resep ini ya guys. Yuuuukkkk guys langsung aja kita kepoin resepnya ala ala saya.

Bahan-bahannya sebagai berikut ;

  • 1/2 kg udang bersihkan,dan lumuri garam dan jeruk nipis.
  • 5 tahu besar dipotong jadi dua lalu digoreng
  • Daun salam
  • potongan cabe hijau
  • 1 buah irisan tomat
  • minyak goreng
  • sedikit gula pasir
Bumbu halus - 5 cabe merah - 5 cabe rawit besar merah - 6 bawang merah - 2 bawang putih - 2 kemiri - lada sedikit
Cara membuatnya sebagai berikut; ![image]() - Tumis bumbu halus dengan minyak. - lalu masukkan udang - Setelah udang agak matang masukkan Tahu goreng,dan irisan tomat dan potongan cabe hijau. - Masak sampai benar2 matang - Angkat lalu sajikan. ![image]() Selamat mencoba semoga bisa menjadi inspirasi untuk anda.
