Good morning steemit... It's been a few days since I posted an update but life and work has kept me off my computer. After two months we turned our little shop at the bakery into a mobile shop and while business was already good we doubled the number of customers.... soo busy busy busy. Also, we changed our closing days from Monday and Tuesday to Wednesday and Thursday which resulted in two days more work.... tired, happy and almost ready to conquer our last day before our weekend.....

Next, to spending more time on the bakery project, we also welcomed a new member of the family 3 days ago... so this little fella is getting all my attention when I come home.

Not easy to get a decent pic of this energetic ball of fur but already love him to bits... we named him Ruyk..... the death note and manga fans might recognize the name of one of the shinigamis...

Smoothie time where we live...

INGREDIENTS


1 cup kombucha tea
2 cup fresh Moringa leaves (Use spinach if you don't have moringa. Similar taste)
1 mango
2 passion fruit
1 cup pineapple
1 banana
1-2 tbsp hemp seeds
Water as needed
Optional toppings: goji berries and chopped pistachios

DIRECTIONS


  1. Blend water and moringa until smooth. Add all other ingredients and blend again. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw everything in at once. Add more water if the smoothie is too thick for you.
  2. Optional: Supercharge your smoothie with superfoods such as hemp hearts, chia seeds or goji berries. I used goji berries and crushed pistachios for this one.

Thanks... so much action is such a little thing. Health cafe is still the idea but the tuk-tuk is so busy we don't have much time to start with something else. But hey not complaining although I really would like to concentrate more on vegan and health things only. How are you my dear?

I've been busy working on some vegan bars. What are you selling out of the tuk-tuk? I'm so excited for you. I can't wait to hear more about your business venture.

A lot of different kind of breads, they are all vegan and vegetarian sweets. Once we get more time we want to add vegan stuff but the tuktuk is too busy and my friend is a traditional belgian baker... No vegan experience :( have a great weekend
