I will personally go through each case by case.
Please do not try and take advantage of me by reporting false claims or if the flag was for 0% stake.
This account is here to help people that feel they are being bullied and harassed or caught in a whales flag war. Also, similar to themadcurator, I upvote content I believe adds value to the Steem blockchain.

@fulltimegeek, @berniesanders is calling a truce (as explained to you in a DM from @theycallmedan) since there has been no response I am bringing it here in hopes to get an agreement before the given deadline.
Details
Stop your flags immediately (to Bernie’s accounts and Themarkymark). Going forward no spamming, flagging, or trolling from either side. He will retire the lyndsayblowes account and leave you and those you support alone. He wants the same in return. Mute each other and move on.
This means though, that if the following accounts troll him, comment on his posts, make posts about him or discuss him in other comments, he will flag. If you, fulltimegeek or any of your accounts, counter the flags on such an occurrence then deal is off.

The deal is simple, stop flagging, spamming and trolling each other. If someone in the group goes against the deal and instigates, they will be flagged. If this happens then your countering of that flag will end the truce.
If he goes against the deal, and instigates something towards you or your group, he breaks the truce and you all can let the flags fly.
@berniesanders and @fulltimegeek do you agree to the above here on the blockchain so this community can move on?

No where above does it say that ftg (or anyone else) can not defend a random flag that is seen as bullying or disagreeing with beliefs. It simply says that flags made to accounts for instigating things (details above) cannot be defended.

Macbot isn’t a bernie account, you will have to take that up with the owner. I believe the steemcleaners discord may be able to point you in the right direction, I have no information on that but am aware that there is a way to dispute Macbot flags.

No. I'll flag bernz whenever I want, I'm not a paid shill. There is no guarantee that you are the designated negotiator and that means he can break the deal whenever he wants. I'll take mine in writing, signed and notarized or no deal.

You and @mitrado can flag whoever you want, and they can flag you in return.. the deal is off if ftg then defends your unprovoked continued trolling and flagging. It’s pretty simple.
Details are all there.. they are on chain.
I’m not speaking for Bernie or ftg, as both will have to comment here for this to be legitimate.
Do as you wish, the agreement above is just asking for a commitment by two individuals.
Following that deal bernie would have a green light to keep bullying and flagging everyone he doesn't agree with, except 10 users.

If you have an issue with him, message him and get it figured out. This isn’t about random flags, it’s about an ongoing feud where many are being harmed as collateral damage (as in your case).
Don’t come to me and tell me what I need to do, I’ve flagged inappropriate comments and had the balls to say enough is enough. Be a part of the solution or get out of the way.

It's the whole deal, at least that's how I interpret your words:
This is not about whoever you're including in the "each other" group.
This is about stopping opinion flags against every single user of the platform.
I edited above, defending flags is fine.. just not to accounts who are instigating it (as detailed above)
I know @mitrado and I put my hands on the fire that he never attacked or flagged without being provoked first.

This is going forward, as I stated.. this isn’t a judge and jury to decide past events. “Unprovoked instigating going forward will be flagged and a counter to that flag will be a break of the truce”
I can include additional wording to show this is about future actions, not past if that’s helpful.
For now I'll stick to signed and notarized or I will have nothing to enforce the deal with. In essence you offer us nothing.

The contract is the blockchain, better than any piece of paper or notary. It cannot be altered, removed or argued against it’s there forever. It’s witnessed by a user base of thousands and anyone can access it.
As I stated.. the agreement above is asking for two individuals to agree here. What the rest of the platform does is up to each individual.
I was just clarifying as I didn’t want anything to be miscommunicated.

Hi, for over a week I have been being downvoted on all my posts by @spaminator and for no reason given. I mainly post my video notes from YouTube onto Steemit and my videos on to DTube. My account is verified by Steemit Cleaners (http://steemcleaners.com/verifications?utf8=%E2%9C%93&verification%5Busername_search%5D=mes) and have had no issues for 2 years until a few weeks ago. Can you please help?
