Our new workout video is up! Join us for our LEG DAY workout in this Steemit video!

For this workout we went heavy on squats, did some lunges and finished with calf raises. 

Throughout the video we harp on how important squats are. They build your core, strengthen your back (great for your lumbar) and make you an all around stronger person.

Additionally we cover some good stretches. This is crucial for me as I need to stretch out my hips prior to squatting heavy.

We also cover belts and why they are important and when they should be used during a workout.
