Our new workout video is up! Join us for an intense arm workout in this Steemit video!
If you can't tell by the title, we focused heavily on biceps. For this workout we focused more on hypertrophy (gaining size). This requires high reps.
We broke out a new workout tool in this video called the curl belt or curl blaster. This is an old school tool used by the likes of Arnold and Ferrigno. We definitely suggest getting your hands on one. Your arms will thank you.
