Good Morning!

If you've been following my workout routines, you probably are used to seeing Active Rest Wednesdays, well that is not the case today :)
And even though I didn't have enough sleep, my daughter decided it was best to wake up at 6 AM. You can't argue with KIDS LOL
I did fall asleep intermittently but had to be fully awake to drive her few hours later to the kindergarten :)

The Workout

So my choice for a workout was something I enjoy every now and then, and it's a routine by the fantastic Simone De La Rue and brought by Sweaty Betty. We had done this same workout 2 weeks ago, seems like has to do with sleepless nights LOL A Sleepless Night + Great Workout By Simone De La Rue

It's a full body workout, starts with a cardio session, then arms + upper body workout, followed by another cardio, legs, ...

The Meal & The Giveaway

Today's breakfast is a traditional and famous Lebanese meal. Sooo tasty, yet carb-loaded too, so if you're on a diet, that's NOT the best option - except for cheat days.
