Hello and welcome to the our diary

Yesterday I had some great news when I said I finally finished my first real estate video.

However the day did not go according to plan after that… My plan was to talk to my front neighbour who was selling his house. Talk to him and offer to make a video for free, so he could use it to help sell the home and I could use it for my company portfolio. Win win.

Not only it would be great since it’s a house with outside space and a pool and stars and so on… but it’s right in front of my place… very easy to carry the materials … great advantage considering I don’t have a car at the moment.

However I was told the house would no longer be for sale and they would take the sign down this week.

So I need some new plan, because two videos is the minimum I want to have in my portfolio page of the website…

So let’s see what happens.

I have a friend that rents his house and I did mention to him the idea of me making a video for him. He liked the idea… so I might talk to him. The issue is that like I said before , I don’t have a car and he does leave far away by public transportation… 2 hours one way… plus it’s a struggle to carry the material in packed metros and trains and long walks…

So let’s see. For now it’s my only plan B. My neighbour would had been great.

On another topic, yesterday I had dinner with a couple of friends that I hadn’t seen in several year… his leaving in China and speaking Chinese fluently … impressive!

But here is the fun fact … Hip Hop is now ilegal in China… wonder if it’s the death penalty.
