Chapter 98: Dropped in to use the Gym.

He blinked.

“Ahhhh....Mr. Dale I presume?” The man was even larger than I’d thought, very brown and VERY muscular.

He said. "My name is Roy Brown. I, and my wife own this place. I was just notified that you would be dropping in, although I didn’t expect you to do so quite so literally. May I be of any assistance?”

“Ummm...I dunno.” I said "I’m staying with Shaniqua up there. She is otherwise busy at the moment and she told me to go amuse myself. She told me that there was a gym down here and for me to go pump some iron or something. What could I do but do as she said?”

“What do you have to offer in the gym?” I asked. I might have been a little bit out of line there. From the way he frowned a little bit I might have offended him some. Like I mentioned once before. I don’t get along really well with folks.

“Oh the usual stuff” he said "Free weights, various types of machines. Treadmills, stationary cycles, rowing machines, that kind of stuff. "

Then he looked at me critically. "We also have wrestling . Would you care for a match? This is ‘Fight Night’. "

Yeah..I’d pissed him off. He wanted to wipe the floor with me. That’s the way it always goes. I tend to do that with other men.”

“Do you wrestle?” I asked blandly.

“ A bit. I used to wrestle professionally. My stage name was ‘Bad, Bad, LeRoy Brown’.

I grinned. "In that case I accept. I’ll try to be gentle and not hurt you...”

A large, but very well built and pretty lady walked walked up to us and stood beside him. She looked like a small girl compared to him.

“Shaniqua sent her boy-toy for us to entertain.” he said and grinned. ”It should be fun.”

“I think it will be too. Lead on little man.” I told him. Like I said. There’s something about ‘alpha males’ that crottles my groats. Something about them makes me want to beat them up and take their lunch money.

Always has.

The pretty lady frowned. "Oh..it’s like that huh? Well I suppose you two have to work it out of your systems. Try not to break him dear. How would we ever explain to Shaniqua?”

“You know Shaniqua pretty well do you?” I asked as he escorted me. Sally went elsewhere. He ushered me past a very nicely appointed gym, Then what appeared to be some very extensive living quarters. Soon we stood ‘back stage’ to a wrestling ring. I could see thru the curtains that there was a large crowd in attendance.

What Had I got myself into?

“She’s become like a daughter to me.” LeRoy Brown said. "Sally and I are very fond of her. She’s like a big sister to our children. Now enough talk. Get dressed. He waved his hand at an assortment of costumes hanging on the wall.”

“The customers expect showmanship” Sally advised. She had arrived while I was talking to LeRoy. She looked magnificent. She was wearing tall spike heels and dressed in a very tight fitting leather outfit. She was covered completely.... Except for her chest. Serious cleavage was visible. She had a whip too. What Shaniqua had said about the whip made sense now.

“Try to put up a good fight” Roy said "The customers expect a good show.

“Oh it won’t be a fight.” I told him. " It will be just exercise. If it was a fight you’d be already dead.”

He frowned at that.

“Pick a costume.” Sally said.” and a stage name. Hurry, It’s time the crowd is getting anxious. I need to announce you.”

She put on a mask and tapped her foot.

The mask made me think of Shaniqua’s veil. The veil and the costumes on the wall made me think of a sheik. Ain’t free association wonderful?

“I’ll be the sheik” I told her. "Sheik of the Burning Sands.”
