A Few Ideas For The @familyprotection Cause Initiated By @canadian-coconut and @markwhittam
I wanted to wait a bit and really let markwhittam post really sink in and think long and hard about some ideas that we CAN do that will actually help some of these families that are torn apart not by their doing but by the over reaching government agency that is known by many names but we all call them CPS (Child Protective Services). So here is a few of my suggestions. So Let's begin:
From one of my previous post I informed you that CPS is not truly a government agency. They are in fact many different private agencies that are contracted by the state to be responsible for your children. They are business that are more worried about their bottom line dollar than they are about the care your children receive. This is the first thing that needs to stop. I suggest we lobby the government to put an end to these contracted businesses and force them to have ALL CPS ran by one agency. I know what you might be thinking. You might be thinking that this will not fix the problem it will only make the beast bigger. But I want you to keep in mind that by removing the money incentives of these businesses you are cutting out the corruption. If one agency was responsible they could not pass it off on another. And government agencies have a set budget. It is not based on how many children they adopt out or remove from their families. Yes it is NOT a perfect answer but it will be a start. And a government agency will be more accountable than a private business that can just change their names and do it all over again. It is not a perfect answer but it would solve so many current issues.
Also we can ask that they include things that currently are unavailable to families as part of their budget. Many loose their children because they simply can not afford to do the things on their case plan.We should set up a fund to help families that have had their children removed from their home. I am not saying for parents that abused their children. I am talking about cases that are clearly from non abuse. The leaders of #familyprotection should get together (even if it is on skype) and form a board. They should be open to any cases that are brought to their attention and vote on which ones they feel need our help the most and which ones we can do the most to help. Like I said many times the parents simply can not afford proper representation. Many times they are given an attorney that has hundreds of other cases and they are just a number to them. In this area we could do the most. While we work on my #1 suggestion.
Many people are new to Steemit or have never heard of it. So they do not yet know about the cause. We should set up a GoFund me page with the mission statement in the front. Do we even have a proper mission statement yet? Or are we just pulling together? If we do please make it known if not I feel it is time to come up with one. Even if you do not take my first 2 suggestions I really think this one NEEDS to be done.
Whatever is decided I am honored to be apart of this cause. I can not tell you how good it feels to let this all out.

We will no doubt set up a fund for families, how that money gets used and to who, is going to be TOUGH! but we are going to be tough enough by then to deal with it I'm sure!
Hmmm! mission statement. your right we should have one! I think the only reason we don't is because up until now, this has all happened organically, which has worked well up until now. We are aware of how things are developing with this community and we will be bringing out our A game.

How the money gets spent was why I suggested putting together a board with 5 members. Their sole purpose is to vote on who we help. The needs are great so there has to be a system in place that way we can help.
This proposition gets down to the serious questions raised in my privacy workshop. A key element to being able to determine whether or not something is true is establishing a perimeter around your own thoughts and equipment.
Another board is just as susceptable to co-option as the ones that are failing. Privacy includes resistance to infiltration and subversion, at all levels, starting with your own brain, to your computer, to your house, to your friends. At the present moment, any org such as the board you are proposing is threatened by what is known as 'total information awareness.' You will be infiltrated for simply having the idea that you are trying to create a source of power independant of the ones who currently hold it.
Consider the story of Lori Handrahan, I propose she be the first one to get the help she needs to get her daughter back. (or someone convince me her story is not true, but before you try please read my blog post on the subject, privacy workshop #6)
If no one here on steemit family protection is interested or informed about Lori's situation, then you have a lot of work to do to catch up to the real score. She had the entire American University as her support group and it wasn't enough to fight someone like Michael Waxman, who still has her child.
The only way to have some such board is to have a group of people that is so dedicated to every detail, and investigators capable of actually going anywhere in the united states to examine a situation.
Or consider Ms. Calderon in Arizona, who is going to investigate the christian charity service who sent her child to a crazy woman who boiled her alive? Or the director of child services who was the same investigator who says nothing was wrong, or the lawyer who kept her with an abuser despite all the signs.
This is really the problem from hell, but if you take seriously the suffering of the children, and I do, then this is the work that must be done.
Frankly, I am astounded that there are so many people with wealth in the united states who are afk while this stuff goes on. Cowards. I should not be the one who this falls on.
But if it's that or let it continue to go on in silence, well you know where I stand.
I hope you are talking about the board that I am referring to for familyprotection. so I will respond as if it is. if not than I do not understand what you mean. This board should be a non paid board but a voting board of 5 people or another number but always an odd number this board should be put together to vote on who we can help. With the needs as great as it is surely for now there will be people that we must turn away because we can not help them. In the future we should be able to help more but for now we are limited. this is the sole purpose of this board. And the people that you say needs to have true passion is why I suggested at least the people that started this cause to be the heads of the board. And they choose the other members. The meetings can be held over skype as to not financially burden any member as this board is unpaid. And yes CPS will try to sit in if the meetings are open and listen in. I have experienced this first hand with another group that was started up a few years ago when I was a foster parent. This is all details that need to be worked out and why I would not suggest anyone new to the cause be placed on the board.
skype is compromised, all windows 10 computers are compromised. all google, amazon and microsoft products are compromised. Most apple products are compromised or compromisable.
In family protection posts, I have seen numerous stories and individuals who seem to be either fake or to totally fail to grasp the nature of the problem, as in they take it lightly, as if they in some way are not really convinced children are being systematically abused.
I seem to not be able to get, for instance, anyone in familyprotection to consider Lori Handrahan's story or any of the details about the situation in arizona.
Further people like yourselves even told me not to post links to privacy workshop in family protection, as if it isn't relevant and i'm just spamming.
90% of the posts I've read in family protection are not anywhere near as dire as Lori's situation. I am extremly puzzled why I can't get anyone here to consider her or the arizona situation even though these are obvious, public, openly available travesties.
What I am telling you is that I am not sure you or mark are not police. There are organizations infiltrating Every Single Group that might threaten the power structure or do something unexpected.
I can see in your work and your suggestion absolutely no recognition of the problem you are dealing with or the ability to engage the forces you are up against.
Reply to me when you fully understand who and what Michael Waxman represents in the Lori Handrahan case, I am tired of having a one sided conversation with people who refuse to look up openly available information.

ok I can tell you that I am no way in law enforcement. I will tell you that you can look at my YouTube channel or even my facebook account and see that. And I know that soon after CPS hears of this group they will try to become apart of it. They have done this in the past. If you wish I will gladly look further into this case and any available information on it. And I will give you my opinion on it. Digging up information is what I am good at and always have been. But one thing I can tell you is that CPS would not start a cause that goes against them. They will try to become apart of it, than watch and listen, than find information out about the people in charge, and than try to destroy those people. Than make the whole group look like they are radicals. This is how a government agency tears down groups that try to stand up against them.
Ok, thank you for the thoughtful response, I do believe you are grasping the scale of the problem now.
If there were some independent and very credible group, of 5-11 people(anything bigger would be nearly impossible to secure imo) then that body would be doing things like investigating cps investigators, the shady 'christian' adoption agencies, the shady lawyers who overlook convenient details, etc etc then those people would be themselves targeted.
I believe then that this group should themselves be childless as any children of such people would be put at risk. (fwiw i also do not think it is a good idea to post family pictures with your children on the internet like you and mark do, but that is of course your choice)
I think this body would have to be set up with principles that these investigators on this board would themselves never get near the actual children. The danger is that this body would themselves be charged with crimes against children and lose all their credibilty for life.
This body would simply be tasked with collating and publicizing information and also hiring credible private investigators local to whatever they are investigating.
Which is to say, those tasked with being public people should a. be above reproach b. not be risking their own or anyone else's children c. be kept far away from any danger of the local situation. d. be public people, everyone is going to know who you
Please get back to me when you have investigated Lori Handrahan's story and the Calderon/Frodsham/Osteraas case in Arizona(btw I cannot even say for certain if the child known as Jane Doe/Devani is even still alive, only Yournewswire(which is not credible...) has reported that she has died. You will find that the information on my blog about both of these is the best summary and investigation into these issues that has yet been written, but let me know what you find.
Both of these cases prove beyond any doubt to me that there are networks of elites who are so powerful they consider themselves above the law.
One of the reasons I am most proud of my blog is that all of the fbi or other law enforcement that is tasked with investigating me has to be exposed to the evidence that their own agencies allow other people to commit the worst crimes imaginable, while they have to go around persecuting political dissidents for thoughtcrime or precrime.
Reminder, this is not a situation where you can not respond and still retain my respect and your credibility on the topic.
I have also been seeing a lot of low quality content posted to familyprotection that is not anywhere near as significant as what I have posted.
The Calderon/Frodsham/Osteraas case is a really sad case but from all the investigations they did they claim there was no indication anything was wrong with the foster home prior to the child being placed there. The child's name was Devani and there is no record of her death.
Lori Handrahan is a professor that decided to write a book about the child rape issues that are going on in Maine. She claimed that her ex kidnapped their daughter and was doing things with her. She was fired for her job and lost a federal case was ordered to pay 3/4 million dollars to her ex and child in damages. As the courts found that there was no evidence.
What we do know is that people that hurt children are very good at hiding who they really are and what they really do. And many times when they are found out even the people that know them and are close to them are shocked as they had no clue. Most of these people live normal lives and show no outside evidence of what they are. Both of the case you brought are of children that were raped The first case was a foster parent and he is now serving 17 years in prison. The second got custody of his daughter (whom he was supposed to have been abusing) and the mother was ordered to pay a substantial amount of money for damages. Not only did the mother claim the father was abusing the child she claimed he was apart of a ring of people doing these things. As mush as I know they exist I can say that no court would place that amount of money as damages if there was a shadow of doubt. This was a federal court that placed this debt on her. It makes one wonder why she lost her job and this court did this to her. After reading all the reports I can only question if this was real or was she using this as a way to get custody of her child. If it was my child I would have had evidence to support my claim surely if the father was raping his toddler daughter there would have been evidence. This report is of a 2 year old talking to an adult about what happened. I will not go into the details but it does not seem right. Her comments are not ones that a 2 year old would say and when asked a random question she could not answer.
Before you say to me that I have no idea what a 2 year old would say I will remind you that I have 2 children, and I spent 5 years as a day care worker 2 of those years I ran a home day care. I have taken many college classes about early childhood development. And when I was a foster parent I had 2 teenagers and close to 100 toddlers come through my home. So I can tell you that these statements are not what a toddler would say. I have spoken to children that have been abused and they simply do not come right out and say these words and than not answer a question on what they were wearing.
Before you bash me in this please go read this report.
And I am saddened to say that in this case I simply do not believe the mother. I feel she coached her daughter in these interviews and without physical evidence to support her claim I can see how a federal judge would award such damages.

So you find these half-assed russian reports upvote worthy but you can't even read the details of the osteraas case where she was not set on fire but boiled alive in a trash can? That was the second foster parent she was placed with who should not have passed a background check to work at mcdonald's much less be an adoptive parent.
You must not have read my investigation into Lori's case, because I found extensive evidence that her husband and michael waxman were engaged in harassment and fraud against her.
So now that I have corroborating evidence of what family protection is and know what you are, which is a joke, goodbye!
@mindhawk I researched these cases and even provided the links to the actual reports that showed there was NO PHYSICAL evidence that the child was ever raped. Where are you getting different evidence? Please share. I do not know what you are talking about russian reports. Unless you are talking about some of the posts that use the familyprotection tag that do not get upvoted.

[-]curlfamilyvlog, it's sloppy amateur work like you have displayed is typical why so many children are dragged from loving mothers like Lori and handed over to monsters like Igor. Social media is the only hope those fighting the system have, it has become become obvious it's a false hope. So if Lori was a close family member of yours, you would sleep well knowing their baby is better off with the father and you totaly comfortable with this decision? The problem is you haven't a clue what you are up against and instead of trying to make a difference you are making it worse.
Even knowing her ex Igor married again, she became pregnant almost straight away and then divorced him 18 months later because both her and the baby were been abused. Waxman (lawyer that took Lori's baby) got Igor full custody of their child. You still comfortable this monster now has two little girls? Did this concern you at all how the Director of Computer Crimes in Maine Lt. Glenn Lang received scanned shots of proof that Igor's computer had been on child pornography sites, and his email that says, “what are you offering?” He refused to investigate. In the case of Kennebunk, Zumba Prostitution Scandal, Child Porn was found and covered up. There were approximately 178 Johns discovered. Lt. Lang said he “lost the computer” that had all the evidence. There are many more examples but i'm sure you've looked into all these and feel they are irrelevant.
You went on how you worked in daycare, for mindhawk not to bash you and you feel sorry for the mum. That's precisely why she is getting frustrated with you, she has done her research and like me she gets frustrated with do-gooders like yourself that are totally ignorant of this case and have the nerve to tell us we are wrong. I will briefly explain why i feel so strong about this case.
I always knew she was telling the truth, about a month ago i was reading the comments after she was interviewed and i came across a very well written detailed reason why they thought otherwise. I couldn't prove him wrong even though there was no doubt in my mind she was telling the truth. This played on me for a few days because i didn't know the case as well as i thought. I spent the next month going over every aspect of her case, you wouldn't believe me if i told you how many hours this was. I'm not an emotional person but i shed more tears in that month than i had all my years previously. I have never been more sure about anything like i am now. She is telling the truth and if you or anyone else is prepared to actually research her story you will feel the same. How can you fix a system when you don't understand how it actually works. Government built the system, every crack that appears over time they make a law that will fix it. They appoint the head of every department, they make the rules and can change those rules whenever it suits them. The only part of the system they do not have full control of is social media. Put yourself in her shoes, how would you feel if the public agreed with government allowing them to hand your child over to these monsters without even looking her side of the story?
On a side note I apologize this took so long. It took me some time to read all those reports and put this together. I did not just want to answer you with a simple answer.
I like the option of leaving steemit, but if you have to put efforts so that those funds are allocated to the correct cause

Definitely not a fan of the first point. I cannot see how giving more power to a government that already isn't doing a great job at all is helpful--if anything, I believe it would make it far, far worse.
