My 7 Day Workout Routine That Changed Everything...
Hey Steemians, I have not been in the best of shape for a while so, I thought I would make a workout routine. This workout routine started about a week ago and it changed by image drastically for only 7 DAYS.
I present to you, my 7 day Workout Routine: (Btw, I will also give what body part each workout helps with)
Abs/Core: 30 each
-Alkena (lower and upper abs, shoulders)
-side plank leg up and down (hips, sides)
-Trunk rotation (core)
-single leg v-sits (lower abs, core)
-Wipers (lower abs, hips, core)
-Kneeling side bends (Sides and core)
-Ball roll out (opens up core)
-elbow to opposite knee (core, sides)

Arms: (switch off every time for 3 sets)
- 15 Pushups
- 15 Curls
