After the coach gave the signal, Dylan, and his classmates attacked the opposing side without mercy. Though the other group have more people, they are unable to get any advantage against Dylan, and the rest. On the contrary they are being pummeled mercilessly.

The teachers, and the students cheered everytime someone flew into the sky. And before long only blondy, and three others remained standing. At this point, Dylan's not even attacking anymore, and just watches as fatty Jing, and the guys turned the blondy, and the three unlucky guys into punching bag.

"Boooo!!! What the hell, blondy? You're too weak! Do you even lift?" Someone from the audience jeered.

The peanut gallery become rowdy after the first jeer, and people started bombarding the losers with jeers, and insults.

"Come on blondy, fight! I bet a thousand credits on you, and your team! How are you gonna compensate me if you lose?" A certain mohawk guy complained, and urges blondy, and his group to fight harder.

Blondy almost vomits blood after hearing the students jeering at him. If he could, he would fight it out with that mohawk guy. After all, why is he being blamed for his gambling loss? Don't gamble if you can't afford to lose, dammit!

Dylan watches by the sideline coldly. The result of the match had already beed decided, and fatty Jing, and the others are just releasing steam. Well, those guys won't go too far anyway. Though fights like are allowed, and even encouraged by the schools, crippling, and killing the opponent was absolutely not allowed. And those who did so will be severely punished by the law.

Speaking of law, this strange practice of allowing "Blesseds" to duke it out with one another whenever there's conflict between them started several hundred years ago. This actually have something to do with the fact that "Blesseds" grows stronger a lot faster the more they fight. Hence, a law that looked, and sounded strange to normal people was enacted.

But in order to protect these budding talents, the world government put strict restrictions to these fights. So most of these fights always ends up with one side winning, a draw, or both sides lossing. Of course, deaths though extremely rare, do happen...

After a few more beatings, blondy can no longer take it, and surrendered, but not before one last kick to the backside.

Seeing that blondy, and the group can no longer fight, the coach declared that the match is over. He then asked some of the teachers to check on blondy, and his group.

The teachers did what they are asked, and checked. After making sure that there injuries are superficials, they ordered the maintenance robots to bring them to the infirmary.

"Well, that felt good!" Fatty Jing exclaimed.

"Yeah, that was really fun!" Vivian agreed.

Dylan could only smile wryly at how violent his classmates are. He even have the urge to tell them to watch their image—especially Vivian, considering that she's one of the school's beauty. But after thinking for a bit, Dylan decided to let it go.

"Yo, coach! We didn't think that you'll be the one to preside over our fight!" Fatty Jing greeted with a smirk.

"You brats! Didn't I told all of you to go, and rest? Why are you all causing trouble?" The coach jokingly scolded.

"Coach, you've wrong us! It's not our fault!" Fatty Jing replied in a. pitiful voice.

"Bah! Disgusting! Stop acting pitiful! The one's that got beaten up were not you guys!" The coach annoyingly said.

Everyone couldn't helped but laugh after hearing what the coach said.

After saying goodbye to their coach, Dylan, and his classmates leave the training ground.

Meanwhile, unbeknowst to Dylan, a beautiful figure was secretly watching from afar. If Dylan saw who this figure is, he'll be shocked. That's because the said figure was none other than Dianne!

"So, that's the guy you dated the other night?" Asked a girl with a charming voice.

Dianne blushes a little after hearing what the charming girl said.

"Stop spouting nonsense, Lena, we just ate dinner in the cafeteria." Dianne answered with a pout.

"Oh my! How cute! My lovely Dianne's actually pouting!" The charming girl called Lena, squell with delight.

She then approaches Dianne with weird twinkles in her eyes.

"Geh! Stay away from me!" Said Dianne as she quickly dodges.

"Wah! Don't run Dianne! Let me give you a hug!" Lena did not give up, and chased after the escaping Dianne.

Before long the two lovely girls are gone from that place.

Dylan returned straight to the dormitory after the fight. He even refused fatty Jing's invitation to have fun in the arcades. Yes, arcades still exist despite the advancement in technogy. And they're very popular too. Though it exist mainly because of nostalgia.

Anyway, the reason he refused the invitation is because he wanted to raise his rank in the virtual arena. Currently, he is in C-rank, but the opponents there no longer posed a challenge to him

After logging in, Dylan quickly registered for the his ranking match, and is just waiting for his opponent. Fortunately, Dylan did not wait long as his opponent was quickly decided.

He is then tranfered to the arena. The moment the blinding light disappeared, Dylan opened his eyes, and was struck dumb by what he saw—the arena was full in capacity! Meaning every available seats are taken.

"What the hell? How could the arena be full? Isn't this just a match to enter the B-rank? Why the audience?" Dylan speechlessly thought.

But the moment Dylan saw who his opponent was, he finally understand. His opponent is actually...
