NEO Earth: Rebels (Part 6)
"Stop struggling and remove your uniform! Why are you struggling?!" Exclaimed a certain young lady.
"T-this, this is wrong!" Answered a certain terrified young man.
"Stop complaining and do what I say!" Said rhe young lady angrily.
"N-NOOOO!!!" Screamed the young man after his uniform had been wrestled away...
A scene where a young lady was forcefully removing the clothes of a young man is truly strange. Such a scene could stimulate anyone imagination if they only heard the exchange between and not seen what is really happening.
In reality however is that the young lady was actually just trying to apply medicines and bandages to the young man's wounds.
Also, this young people are Codde and Aya, two.juveniles who just happened to meet in the school cafeteria's kitchen cabinet. Yes, kitchen cabinet...
"Sniff... no will marry me anymore..." cried Codde as if he was greatly wronged.
"Oh, shut it! You're a man for crying out loud," answered Aya, not knowing if she should laugh or cry.
"Ahem! A-anyways what should we do now?" Asked Aya after her adrenaline died down, returning to her previous bashful state.
Codde's expression also become serious as he answered, "the authorities should be negotiating right now but I've no idea if they come to an agreement. If only we could open the television..."
"Oh right! Do you have a cellphone with you? Mine broke earlier..." asked Codde after coming to a realization.
"Ah! Please wait a moment!" Cried Aya in surprise. Then she stood up and ran towards the staff room.
Few minutes later she returned with a cellphone.
"Oh? Quite the old model. It should be the popular model three years ago," said Codde as he looked at the cellphone with interest.
"My mom gave it for my birthday three years ago. I liked it a lot and decided not to buy the latest model," she said slightly embarrased. ["Also, I don't have much friend in school so current phone's sufficient..."]
"I see! So it has sentimental value. Actually, I have the same model of cellphone but mine broke after a month of use," Codde said wryly, failing to hear Aya's murmur. "I don't even remember how many cellphone I've broke after my power awakened..."
Aya, laughed after hearing this, stunning Codde because of her cuteness.
["So cute!"] exclaimed Codde in his mind.
After snapping out of his stunned state, Codde opened a browser on the cellphone and looked at the current news. He did not need to look long because all the news channels are airing the same news—the "terrorist" attack on a certain college!
"Eh? They're rebels and not terrorist?" Codde exclaimed. "They bombed a school so what's the difference between them and thw terrorist?!"
Aya, also heard this and she wholeheartedly agreed—she too consider them as terrorist!
The two watched and listened to the news attentively and found out that the rebels are demanding the release of their comrades from prison in exchange for the lives of the students and staffs!
Codde got very angry at this, "if they just wanted to have their comrades released, why do they have to bomb the school gate!" Codde said with gritted teeth."So many people died back then!"
Aya feel indignant after hearing this, she didn't saw the actual bombing but she still knew that people got hurt from that explosion!
The more the two watches the more indignant the two felt. After a while Codde turned off the internet and returned the phone to Aya.
Aya and Codde remained silent for a few minutes when Codde suddenly spoke.
"We can't stay here for too long. Who knows when those rebels returned," said Codde seriously.
"Yeah... they will most likely return very soon. After all there are food inside the cafeteria..." agreed Aya.
Indeed, no one knows when the crisis is gonna be solved and the rebels and the hostages needed food and water. So they're certain to return to the cafeteria and they cannot be sure that they'll be as lucky next time...
"Let's fill some bags with food and water, then let's move somewhere else. It's no longer safe here," suggest Codde .
Aya nods and the two then empty some bags and put as much food and bottled water as they could. After that, they left the kitchen and carefully walked towards the school dormitories.
