Ataque ao eos
Hackers conseguiram extrair 40.000 210.000 USD Eos ao preço atualmente depois de atacar um apostas aplicação descentralizada (FAD), conhecida como EOSBet, como era conhecido através de um portal especializado, ecoando a declaração oficial foi feita Dapp.
Aparentemente, os hackers exploraram vulnerabilidades nos contratos inteligentes do EOSBet e conseguiram extrair os tokens do portfólio operacional do DApp. O relatório dá conta das declarações de um porta-voz da EOSBet, que informou os usuários sobre o ataque:
"[...] Algumas horas atrás, fomos atacados e aproximadamente 40.000 EOS foram tirados do nosso bankroll." A declaração também reconhece que não é um erro menor e está conduzindo uma análise forense do caso.
De acordo com as informações, tudo indica que os cibercriminosos enganaram o sistema com um falso hash para usar externamente a função de "transferência" do EOSBet. Nenhuma explicação oficial do fato foi ainda emitida, no entanto, o porta-voz teria admitido que um erro em seu código facilitou o sucesso do ataque.
