Jak u Mamy
Zastanawiam się, czy najpierw była piosenka, czy może stwierdzenie: Nie ma jak u Mamy. Stawiam jednak, że zwrot, mimo że sam utwór ma prawie pięćdziesiąt lat. Dla mojego pokolenia i jedno i drugie funkcjonuje od zawsze.
A jak to jest u Mamy? U mojej jest wyjątkowo. Moja Mama jest człowiekiem wielu talentów: wyrecytuje Inwokację, uszyje strój Krakowianki, zadba o ogródek, a następnie ugotuje. Na gotowaniu chciałbym się tu skupić, przynajmniej początkowo. W domu są wielkie zbiory przepisów: książek, czasopism. Mama też gromadzi je w postaci cyfrowej i uzupełnia własnymi notatkami. Nieustannie uczy się nowych smaków i wzbogaca swoją skarbnicę wiedzy.
O na przykład taki segregator ma.
Nie wiem, czy zdołam przekonać ją, żeby sama publikowała, ale zdecydowanie zamierzam udostępniać przepisy z jej zbiorów razem ze źródłami. Już zacząłem na https://breadcentric.com - to od Mamy mam przepis na dzionie i szarlotkę. Mam też przepisy od Cioć, od Babć. Cała mądrość dziedziczna zasługuje na swoje miejsce i oto jest. To może być też miejsce dla Twoich rodzinnych przepisów - daj mi znać, a udostępnię i Twój wpis.
