আসেন সেমাই রান্না করি (ব্যাচেলর)
আসেন লাচ্ছা সেমাই রান্না করি- ব্যাচেলর রান্না।
প্রথমে দুই প্যাকেট লাচ্ছা সেমাই নিবেন সাথে দশ টাকার কিসমিস পরিমাণ মত চিনি দুই মাস যাবত নারকেল দেখছি না তাই এটা হাতে রাখেন, আড়ং দুধ নিবেন আপ কেজি কারণ দুইটা লাচ্ছা চারশো গ্রাম দুধ একটু বেশি লাগবে যাই হউক রান্না শুরু করি- .jpg)

প্রথমে দুধটা ফ্রিজ থেকে বের করবেন অবশ্যই বরফ হয়ে থাকতে হবে নইতো মজা পাবেন না, তারপর চায়ের কেটলি অথবা গরম কড়াইয়ে পানি দিয়ে ছেড়ে দিবেন দুধটা গোলার জন্য!!
গলে গেলে ছুড়ি অথবা কাচি দিয়ে প্যাকেট্টা কেটে কড়াউতে দুধটস ঢেলে দিন তারপর আর কোন কথা নাই চিনিগুলো দিয়ে গুলিয়ে নিন এরপর লাচ্ছাগুলো দিয়ে নাড়াচাড়া শুরু করে দিন এমনভাবে নাড়াচাড়া করবেন যেনো একটা লাচ্ছাও আস্তো না থাকে😑
রান্না শেষ হইলো!!
এবার খানার কথাই আসি- আমরা তিনজন একজন বিবাহিত বাকি দুইজন ব্যাচেলর এর ভিতর একজন চাকমা, তার ভালো দিখ হচ্ছে খানার জগতে এমন জিনিস নাই যা আমরা খাই তা সে খাই না।
শুরু করি-
কড়াই নামানোর আগেই ভাটিতে সেমাই নিলাম সাথে একটি চামচ মুখে দিয়ে মনে হচ্ছিলো মিষ্টির দোকানে আছি বিবাহিতজন চ্যাইত্তা গেছে কিছু করার নাই নিজেকে গালি দেওয়া যাবে না কারণ আমি ব্যাচেলর ডাল ছাড়া ডালের পানি খেয়ে অভস্ত আমি আর এতো সেমাই মাত্র-
অন্যজন রেগে আছে সেমাই বেশি ঘাড় হয়ে গেছে শক্ত লাগে বলে, বুদ্ধি করে ভাটি থেকে সেমাইগুলো নিয়ে আবার কড়াইতে দিলাম এবং সাথে কয়েক ভাটি পানি দিয়ে চামচ দিয়ে নাড়াচাড়া করা শুরু করলাম এবং সর্বশেষ চায়ের পানিতে লাচ্ছা সেমাইয়ের আসল স্বাদ পেলাম😑
