How the Women Are Working At Women Empowerment Part-4
Dear supporters of Women Empowerment,
I would like to share training class activities of Women Empowerment on 12 March 2018. @WomenEmpowerment project started its journey on 7 January 2017 with focus on Sustainable Development Goal 5 which is called "Gender Equality and Women Empowerment ". The social venture aim is to train underprivileged women in slum areas and let them work with our project long term as employees. We are more focused on community development.
Here is the mother of Koli, she was making on last Monday.
Our training is facilitating only around 10 women in the first batch. We have many other women who are still interested to join us. But as the limitation of space and time frame, we are not allowing more than 10 and I decided people according to their needs. After 6 months, we will have next batch.
We are also planning to rent a new room for women empowerment but we need to set more backup as an investment. So our blogging will allow getting this investment. In future, you will probably see our products promotion here if we find steemit commerce. Well, nothing is impossible.
As we have the intention to make a profit for our business expansion and also support a large number of people with larger funds so I don't consider it as 100 % charity. But according to the definition of Social business, the profit of the business is reinvested for more impact in the community and we are doing so.
Mother of Jannatul will join us soon. She returned city again with her children. So, in total, we will have 10-12 trainee. And if they agree, we will open a shop for them where people can order customize things for sewings. We will invest in sample products and will make more new things for sale outside and inside Bangladesh.
