We are here from present our report from January 15, 2018 to Februry 14, 2018. As a little late with all of the things, so I will fast and to the point and details for you. @SchoolForSDG4 is a first steemit funded charity school which has many possibilities in future. We waited around 1 Month for better transfer rate and we asked some of our trusted people if they can support us. But unfortunately, we could not find a better solution to about high transaction cost offered by some exchange sites. We make our charity fund transaction on every 14th day of a month and we try to get the best rate. As the rate varies, sometimes I try to buy myself and sometimes try to withdraw immediately if the price is higher than I personally afford to buy.
We sometime powerup few of them which we feel good to save for future. This time we powered up 200 Steem for school. It is very complex to explain if someone here read our report first time. I personally bought 191.111 Steem at bittrex rate $2.60 today. I also sent 100 Steam to @pennsif at the same rate so he can send the amount to Bangladesh with low transaction cost. But he was unable to find way for today and returned the amount to me.
So in total, I am going to withdraw 291.11 Steem today with two different rates. I transferred the 100 Steem to bittrex with the current market price 2.12 USD. On the other side 191.111 steem was sold by sold at price $2.60. I am going to use cost of bittrex for one time which is 9 USD in total.

We consider 1 USD to 80 BDT as a flat rate and we also show our expenses at this rate so it can be well calculated. We are so happy that we raised more than we need for a month.

Our major expenses were our first hot meal arrangement at school and monthly salary to two teachers and one assistant. We have a volunteer teacher for 1 month and we are expecting to hire her as a regular teacher if we see her effort can support our kids more.
This mother we have withdrawn 624.101 USD including transaction cost. And we Powered Up 200 Steem. Our last month surplus amount was 1515.095 USD . So the total amount of USD this month 2139.196 USD.
After all cost, the surplus fund for school operation in hand = (2139.196- 496.375) USD = 1642.821 USD .
we will add $1642.821 in our next report

That's great news that you're getting a surplus. Always good to have backup.
Thank you for comment. Yes, I am still trying to have such backup for school and also as crypto market is uncertain, so I try to balance my cash in hand and crypto saving for school. I am hopeful that the price will rise and we will get good money as a backup here next month.
