The Robin and the bug, a beautiful self realisation, it seems like a reflection an ode to nature's creature. But it was thoroughly beautiful. I wished it continued more by all means it seems to short to be true and my! You're the master

Yeah, you're right. The poem is a reflection of how I feel when I meditate successfully. Like when I can shut my thoughts down and find a quiet from all the stress and mess of the human mindset. This happens most strongly when watching nature for me, but today I just got really chilled out in my flat watching the cars go by and wrote this from memory of how I feel out in the wilds watching the birds and sky and creatures going by.
Animals exist in this state of instinct all the time I think. This is why I get there myself when I watch them. It's been a nice stress-free day today lol
Well I did a vlog saying our creativeness is a product of our exposure and this poem here basically proves it honestly and I'll love to see that view from your flat but I'm stuck where I am lol. It's amazing by all means.

You have a beautiful speaking voice. teaches me to accept the spin I love that line.
Listening to the rest now. 40% off empathy another great line.
Mostly peaceful and comforting stuff.
Thanks.
Yeah, most of my poems are kind off peacful and often about nature. If I get angry in poetry it gets saved for being read out at performance nights in my home city as those types of poems do better with an audience. There aren't many of them but '40% off' was a bit of an angry poem for me ;)
I saw your channel on YouTube and have subscribed to it. I listened to your poem - Shadowed Forests of the Past - really enjoyed it. You have a wonderful reading voice, your accent kinda reminds me of my aunt in-law who comes from North Carolina.
Anyway, I've just checked and I'd already followed your steem account. I've not put much poetry up on steem recently but want to get back into the poetry mindset👍
Everytime I click on the link it doesn't work. Have you got a written copy of this? I definitely agree that poetry can be a form of meditation full stop you remember that one that I wrote by the Sea that was literally called morning meditation. Sorry about the poor grammar I am using speak to text
P.s. I rarely post text version of my poetry here anymore as it invalidates any chance of future publication on other websites. This is part of the reason why I make video readings... also, they're fun to do :)
P.s. I think I remember the 'morning meditation' poem 🙂
That is actually a really good idea. I dont really care about where I publish as I have no illusions about anyone really caring about my work in the larger blogging universe. But you are such a good writer and should be recognised so I think this is a good move

Shit must've elapsed my limit for today
Ha ha.... no worries. Come check me out tomorrow... this is the poem that keeps on giving 😂
I'll definitely do so tomorrow,

That was lovely, Raj. Great work:)
Thanks Pryde 🙂
I'm glad you enjoyed it. After I wrote it I was reading it again and again thinking 'is the language too simplistic?'
But when I thought about it, the simplicity seemed appropriate to the mindstate that I personally find in deep meditation.

Hi @riverflows
There is a YouTube version in the post above, for some reason Dtube is down right now, I'm not sure I@m gonna use them anymore anyway.
Just cause it's you I shall post the YouTube version right here in the comments for ease ;)
