“Push-ups with a stick”
Today is day 75 of my 77 daily push-ups!
Today I will do unusual push-ups that not everyone can do. It's push-ups with a stick. A stick can be anything solid. For example, I took the pipe.
If you find it difficult to do push-ups with a stick from the classic starting position, do as I do – from the knees. It's easier, though still difficult.
-Sticks! I have Nordic walking sticks! But I've never tried push-ups with stick.
