“Dog muzzle down push-ups”
Today is day 73 of my 77 daily push-ups!
I will do push-ups with yoga elements – in the dog muzzle down position. The difference between these and usual push-ups is that they load the shoulder girdle and unload the lumbar spine.
-What are your plans in Russia? Will you visit Vladimir Vladimirovich?
-I will definitely meet Putin! Last time, he promised he'd take us to the zoo.
