In this DIY Challenge, I had to make a smurfette Hat with that Yellow Hair, Smurfs hats for the girlfriends coming and....Shen asked me to make them all a Blue tutus. Honestly, I do not know how to sew, so I needed to find a way to make these tutus without sewing and ALAS!  For the smurf hat, I measured the standard dimension of a 4-5-6 year old toddler's head making SHENs' as the basis, and  I draw a pattern forming into that smurf's hat to a doubled layer felt. Put an extra 1/2 inch to the patterned lines so there will be space for gluing.

This is my first time that I did not bake Shen a cake because she was requesting if she can have a Blue Birthdy Edition of the DQ Ice cream cake. So to personalize it according to the theme, we made an edible Smurf  toppers which includes Smurfette and her adventure buddies Hefty and Clumsy ( I missed Brainy though ) and also Papa Smurf.
