The weather service predicts good weather for the weekend? Then make plans for a family day outdoors. No ideas? There are so many opportunities for activities. Here's my top 10 list of outdoor activities that are fun for parents and kids. Have fun!

10 A trip to the river - feed the ducks, flake stones, build a small dam or stone figures.

9 A visit to something exciting such as an airport, cheese dairy, mine or knight's castle.

8 A day in the forest with adventurous games.

7 Doing sports together - no matter if football, inline skating, playing Frisbee or minigolf.

6 A visit to a medieval market with costumes and demonstrations.

5 A day on the water, whether in a pedal boat, rowing boat, sailboat, dinghy or canoe or with the steamer.

4 A trip to the zoo, where you can also feed animals.

3 A day at the amusement park with roller coaster and cotton candy.

2 A day at the sea, swimming lake or swimming pool with water, sun, ice and a lot of fun.

1 One night in a campsite with campfire and barbecue.
