Many parents do not manage to enjoy the time with their children. They can be distracted - by thoughts of supposedly important things or by the smartphone. It's a pity, because they are not fair to their children, who live mostly full in the moment - and they cheat themselves for intense time with their sons and daughters.

Even I'm not very good at living here and now. I think a lot, think and plan.

In the relationship, I could look a great deal away from my children.

For children, the "later" is worth much less than the "now". They prefer a fun game "now" instead of a visit to the zoo "later".

You can also enjoy the moment better than me. My kids are always busy right now.

Why can not I - just like many other parents - simply enjoy the moment? Just sitting there while the kids play, tidying up the mess in the flat later, forgetting about work, letting me shine in the sun, or spending Sunday mornings in pajamas? Just to let "be five degrees"?

But children are right - the moment will not come again. Therefore, you should always think about whether you have the opportunity right now to fully concentrate on your children and the time with them. To be present instead of just being there.

Because if you are just "there", you are not fair to your children - and not to yourself. You bring many beautiful experiences and can not fully enjoy the moment with your children.

Maybe as a parent, you also think about later ventures with your children, who would be even better than the current game.

In most cases this is a mistake. Kids do not usually need a lot of experiences - exciting vacations or great activities - they just have to sit and play with their parents, make things, play games, play games or watch a sunset. The main thing is, they are with the people who love them - and these are primarily the parents in small children.

At such a moment, what they are doing is the best thing in the world!

So, if you are with your children, try to be WHOLE with them and enjoy the moment with them. The work, the worries, the filth, that can wait in the moment.
