Welcome to the 62nd State of the Sndbox newsletter! This past week we launched a decentralized poll challenge to explore the value of project feedback across Steem. We announced our #blocksketch winners and took another deep dive into the world of DApps. Our team @sndbox was also a Media Partner during last week's Mondo NYC blockchain conference and music festival. The The Dpoll Challenge

We start our week with a question designed to challenge and explore new ways of engaging the Steem blockchain.

@emrebeyler's winning entry to the Utopian hackathon, dpoll.xyz is a a decentralized application for gathering feedback through a poll recorded immutably on the blockchain. We tap into this innovative data gathering mechanism in this week's weekly question by asking everyone how much impact a Decentralized Poll might have on your project?

The #BlockSketch Challenge Winners

This past week was all about visualizing the invisible blockchain world. We asked everyone to get their sketchpads out and answer the question - how would you sketch the blockchain? Illustrating the blockchain in 1 sketch is not an easy task and we commend this challenge's top contributors starting with @adelepazani's socio-cultural blockchain. We also loved @ceheiberg's 3 real world blockchain portrayal, @maya525's subaquatic illustration, @jenina619's cryptocurrency collage, and last but not the least, @bidesign's geometric abstraction of the blockchain.
