Trevon James Vs Vitalik Buterin: In depth Analysis+Commentary on BitConnect

in #cryptocurrency7 years ago

You consume less than you produce and save the difference and invest intelligently to produce more. That's the only way a society grow prosperous.

BitConnect has been a very controversial coin. Various people have different opinions about this. So I'd put down some quotes from real people about BitConnect. All of the following quotes are simply unedited copy pastes.

This is just human kindness people helping people, that's what the world needs and financial abundance is our basic inheritance not greed and fear like the controlling power wants us to live in and believe. They treat us as we are puppets and we are not. Love on....
HI TREVON! YOU  MADE MY DAY, YOU REALLY CONVINCED ME THAT BITCONNECT IS SUSTAINABLE. I HAVE BEEN HAVING DOUBTS ABOUT ALL THIS AFTER WHAT HAPPEN TO BITPETITE. MY QUESTION IS, IF OTHER COINS ARE CREATED SIMILAR TO BITCONNCET LIKE WESTERN COIN, DOES IT HAVE THE SAME POTENTIAL AS BITCONNECT. BASICALLY IF EVERYBODY LENDS AND STAKES IT IS WORTH INVESTING IN IT???

The companies up 42000 percent was featured in Forbes magazine! This year your seed come back you have  to but there coin at market value the coin don’t disappear they just keep recreating wealth ! There day trading your money with all the inside info plus its under priced with will be 300 by the end of the year ! They may limit the number of traders once the achieve max has power think about it they creates 6 billion last night out of thin air ! There sharing the wealth they going to make 10,000 millionaires !

Very well said Craig, what if this actually works? There are so many negative people that are living paycheck to paycheck and misery loves company and they still choose to stay broke. I choose to better myself financially so I’m all in! See you at the top!
Hi Craig.  People do seem to be having a hard time accepting Bitconnect as a real business.  But as you said in one of your videos, you don't have to refer (or in MLM terms, recruit) new people.  You can just make the loans and still make really good money as you've shown.  The amount you make loaning funds is determined by the volatility of Bitcoin and I see nothing wrong with that.  As long as the bot can do a good job when Bitcoin is going either up or down, then it should work.

Now to rub off all that utter stupidity rivaling SJWs let's see a real genius tackle the question.

But I figured out Vitalik Buterin who created the first smart contract platform might not be the smartest guy in town. He lacks this 'Human' element and doesn't really connect with all this wealth distribution hippie garbage. He doesn't even look like a stoner. I consulted:

OOPS! Sorry about the last clip. I think I fell asleep on my keyboard.

Oh it happened again. Really sorry. I don't mean to offend any stoneheads. Human kindness and recreation of wealth (whatever that is) is far superior to pure genius. If you look at the people who are on BitConnect (which is I kid you not:__Connected to Bitcoin__ which always goes up forever like Tulips) there are 2 kinds of them:

Some just wants to make some quick bucks.

The others are so gullible and stupid they actually believe in this ponzi. I found a great clip on why rich keep getting richer thanks to @goldsilverguide.

This isn't always the case. But the poor-middle and rich does show certain patterns when it comes to expenditure. If you look at the supporters of BitConnect and juxtapose that with the sentiments expressed in the video you'll see many parallels. There is no such thing as easy money or always goes up in this world. You consume less than you produce and save the difference and invest intelligently to produce more. That's the only way a society grow prosperous. Period.

The videos of BitConnect scum should actually look like this:

This is the truth. Anybody who say otherwise should be smarter than Vitalik Buterin. A society move forward by acting intelligently and making good decisions. HYPE is not an investment strategy. It doesn't matter if it's 1929, dot-com, Tulip or Housing. Nothing comes out of nothing. BTC is allegedly a store of value. If you need instant transactions with ultra low fees, you have Dash and PIVX. https://www.saltlending.com/ is a great lending platform. Sia, Storj let you store your files. Steemit is the single best social media community in the world. These things are all sustainable because they solve problems and serve a purpose.

But hey, I'm just a guy on the internet who knows few stuff. Just roll with the FEELZ and let the Atlas Shrugged unfold.

Fantastic! Thanks for posting!

You are welcome!

Bitconnect is an outright fraud and a Ponzi scheme. Stay away from it. See a detailed due diligence: http://blog.icoindex.com/why-icoindex-has-labeled-bitconnect-as-an-outright-fraud/

Read the article. It's pretty well done. Why don't you publish the same content on steemit too. It was a very well done article. I also read the one about Paragon ICO and I pretty much agree with the due diligence that has been done.

Seriously, start posting these on steemit.

Bitconnect is an unregulated exchange. Lets find out if they continue adding more coins.

It is interesting how Trevon has changed his tune about how there probably isn't a bot....etc. At the end of the day these guys pitching these ponzi's with their affiliate links have done better than pretty much everyone else in the crypto space. We will see but Karma might be a bitch on down the road for them or maybe they sail into the sunset. There is no telling

Things could continue for a while. BitConnect is going to be the decentralized https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernard_Madoff case. There won't be any company to shut down and tracking down the creators won't be easy either. Who are going to bite the dust are the potheads like Trevon and Craig.

I also suggest you check out @haejin who does Technical Analysis on crypto. If you take the case to any financial regulatory body the whole explanation on profitability of BitConnect will be juxtaposed with ponzi/pyramid schemes. Trevon and Craig have explained the whole thing like they were reading off of a PSA on ponzi schemes. There are so much documented evidence against them. Instead of some exchange owners, these are the guys who should be in jail.

This is a good report on bitconnect. Is it worth investing in? Or is it a scam? People seem divided on this

People got rich on the dot-com bubble. Some people made a lot of money in the housing bubble before it went bust. Even TESLA could have more room to grow before it all blow up. You might actually see BitConnect being profitable for even another year. But there are safer investments. There are investments that could make you way more money.

always been hesitant about this... although ive seen trevon james' videos and it does make you want to dive in with 100 dollars and try it out. If it sounds too good to be true; it probably is. I'll stay away.

It's better to put it in steemit. You can check @haejin's Technical Analysis on STEEM. You are going to be at least using steemit and it's unlikely you'd get a lower price for years. You could also buy a PoS coin and stake it for more coins. There are so many great projects with great potential. Dash is already huge and it could seriously be the Bitcoin killer with all the upcoming improvements.

Take your time to do your research. https://www.dashforcenews.com/

@vimukthi,

Saluations. I am JaiChai.

Very pleased to make your acquaintance.

RE: Your Post

Loved it!

Tulipmania and the madness of crowds, no?

Namaste @jaichai
Glad to know you liked it. I've been following you for some time too.
As a massive fan of Anime and Single Player games I've written about them too. If you are into them you can check them out:

But here is the must read one:https://steemit.com/buddhism/@vimukthi/25-insightful-zen-quotes-to-meditate-upon-secret-extras-at-the-bottom-of-the-post
Checkout that last one first. It's really the best.

@vimukthi,

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply.

Our time is truly our only wealth in this life.

And I appreciate you spending it to correspond with me.

I am currently on a date with my girlfriend. And the internet really sucks at this bar!

I promise that I will respond appropriately when I get home - before I go to sleep.

Namaste, my friend.

No big deal. I spend few hours a day on steemit. It's an amazing community. The posts have easily over 90mins of video content. It's better to read/watch them while you are relaxed. Some things needs to be digested slowly. So don't rush.

Have a great time with your girlfriend.
Namaste!

@vimukthi,

I am at GMT +8, so it is 12:30a.m. as I write this.

My girlfriend and I are home safe (albeit, a few near misses with some suicidal drunks. Damn, we were almost side-swiped three times on my motorcycle).

About your previous reply? No, I haven't indulged in the wonderful world of anime - yet.

But I do have many friends that - if I let them - will school me for hours about their favorite characters and corresponding "living" worlds/philosophical analogies to the real world.

Honestly, I'm without a clue what that means.

But I will surely read that "Must Read" link you sent me and send you feedback ASAP (probably no later than tomorrow morning; but please don't hold me to that).

No bullsh*t and no hidden agendas, "I got a good feeling about you. You really seem genuine."

Please, let's stay connected, ok?

Namaste, my friend.

JaiChai

P.S.

I am still very new to Steemit. But it's Steemians like you that is making my stay (so far) a real blast!

Thanks for the complements. Good to know you two are safe.
The community is what made me stick with steemit. I wasn't even interested in writing anything. I just wanted to hang around and eventually I felt like why not just put out few articles and make a few bucks. I mean it's not like I'm going to find a better community of this size anywhere else.

The No bullsh*t and no hidden agendas part can actually make me come across really harsh, inflexible, uncompromising and uncontrollable at times. If you stand up for something you should always be willing to give 100% to it.

Good Night!

Damn, I was fixin' to shut off my rig. Then I caught a glimpse at your reply.

Wow. You are fast on the trigger, amigo!

And...Oh yeah!

Cool. Very cool. Kindred spirits to say the least.

I have have never, ever, ever been accused of harboring a delicate conscience.

But, as much as I would like to keep chattin', the Sandman is kickin' my ass big time, buddy.

Got'ta go comatose for awhile.

Good night to you also.

Namaste,

JaiChai
