Ripple wants to lock 55 billion XRP ( end of 2017 )

Ripple locked 88 percent of its own XRP cryptocurrencys. What ripple (XRP) has increased rapidly in recent months. At the beginning of May this year, the value per XRP was around 0.05 USD. In mid-May, only a few weeks later, it was over $ 0.40. An increase of 800 percent! There are some reasons for the increase.

Ripple promised to calm investors and thus to block 88 per cent of the company's own shares. After a quota, it is 1 billion euros. This should take at least 4.5 years.
