Working Crypto to ATM card withdrawals.

The Problem.

Being able to ‘cash out’ BTC or ALT’s to GBP at an ATM without waiting days has always been important to me and with ever tighter regulations this is becoming far less straightforward.

Like most I had a couple of Crypto to ATM cards, (Wirex, TenX) that have since became defunct when VISA cancelled all cards linked to Wave crest without warning back in January.

Since then I have been looking for a way to simply withdraw GBP/EUR/USD quickly and without too much scrutiny.

What have I been looking for?

• I have wanted the ability to NOT share too much personal information
• I need to be able to instantly convert Crypto to Fiat
• I need to be able to use standard ATM’s
• I don’t want to pay massive fees.

The solution.

I have found that by linking Spectro with Monese ( a standard pre paid Visa card) I can quickly cash out without too much fuss.

What is Spectro ?

Spectro is an established Crypto exchange who convert Crypto to FIAT but more importantly, who offer SEPA payments

What In Monese?
Monese are an online bank app who will give you a free contactless + ATM card along with a SEPA account number to accept transfers

How to set up

1. Register for a trader account on Spectro

2. Register for Monese and have your free card posted to you

3. Convert Crypto in Spectro to FIAT

4. Send FIAT from spectro to your monese account

5. Withdraw FIAT at an ATM.
