This review builds up on top of my first FirstPost so please also read this before continuing!

General:

The dev team processed the swap with the aid of Yobit, Bleutrade and Coingather. Swap windows was opened at 20th Nov. 2017 at 1800GMT. Coingather already processed the swap, Yobit&Bleutrade still needs more time as this is a swap to a complete new Blockchain.
As my Scam-Signals going lower (new coins already tradable on CoinGather), I will give a larger overview of the main upcoming project and a possible price development.

That’s the welcome message on the frontpage of the HTML.BUSINESS page and already showing the key feature of this platform: Bringing together freelancer/Students/jobseekers with companies&startups

HTMLCOIN.BUSINESS is planed to be some sort of interactive platform as already mentioned. The basic idea is that companies & startups are using this platform to hire freelancer, students and jobseekers for projects and as a return the have to join and support the development of their e-learning platforms to improve and share knowledge and skills.

Crowdfunding Campaigns
Crowdfunding Campaigns: ICO or Initial Coin Offering is a turbocharged way to raise money in the era of blockchain technology. The HTMLCOIN blockchain platform will allow for companies to run an effective ICO campaign.

Merchants: Proof-of-Delivery
The physical delivery of products to customers can be recorded in the blockchain and sent directly to companies. This is a promising application that can be used to reduce costs.

As you can see HTMLCOIN will use the blockchain technology as a link between people and industry.
Solid project as far as I see, not new but a good step forwards to bring the blockchain technology to people outside of the cryptocurrency-world. They have a lot of projects they wanna realise...perhaps its too much? I heard of other projects which will use the HTMLcoin platform or the blockchain in near future but these things are rumors. We have to wait and monitore how this team will perform in the future but as I already pointed out in my first post, a lot of skilled people are working for this project and therefore we can expect a lot of things.

Price outlook

We can expect a lot of pump&dump during the first days after the swap and finally coming to an overall accepted price. Considering the current low market cap. of around 10Million$ / 300k $ 24h Vol and the HUGE supply, a price of around 8-10Sat is possible.
Depending on the progress of the HTMLCOIN-Team and their "hidden" projects which they might reveal in the feature (I heard about Lightning Network is a plan for Q1 2018), a price from 20-30 Sat is a solid target for end of January.

A the coin itself is a fork of QTUM and does not add fundamental new technologies, a price > 100Sat is not possible in the near future at least in my opinion, especially considering the total amount of coins. Nevertheless another big impact will be the acceptance on other exchanges like Bittrex which will push the attention and market cap.

So overall, a solid long term project which you should have on your radar.
