HTMLcoin – Diamond or Scam?

Hey guys,
my first review on this platform is about a coin I found some days before and it seems like this could be interesting for news and longterm traders.

History:
Founded in 2014, HTMLcoin was the target of a 51% attack leading to a huge loss for holders and investors. The old dev team was unable to find a solid solution to fix the problem and so they left this project and this coin humbled towards the 1Sat region for a long time.
Now, a new foundation (HTMLcoin foundation located in Chicago/USA) got in charge and wants to revive this old project.

Project:
The key for this is the upcoming swap today to a new blockchain based on the bitcoin core 0.14 version with the ability to operate Ethereum Virtual Machine. You may notice this is also the feature of QTUM and yes, HTMLCoin is forking their project adding some new things.
Key features are:

• Hybrid Bitcoin/Ethereum (including smart contracts and the account abstraction layer as they are forking QTUM)
• Double SHA256
• Real time checkpointing (protection against 51% attacks as this coin knows his past)
• Lite wallet smart contracts execution
• DApps

But the real project builds on top of this coin. The team is working on a lot of projects like e-learning platforms, platform for freelancers, crowdfunding platform and a platform for medical devices.

So we have a skilled lead dev (and a lot of programmer which are not covered by my review but are responsible for Wallet support or Ethereum VM) and businessmen which have a good link to the industry and knowing how to link the real world to Blockchain technology.

Contra:
Not everything is good; I will list some things I don’t like on this coin:

• Foundation has not the target to gain profit -> no coin burning
• Team consists of volunteers with real world jobs (they are not working 24/7 for HTMLcoin project)
• HUGE coin supply of 90bil after 25 years, coin in circulation 60bil after swap
• They premined it to pay dev costs/PR costs/costs for promotion material (videos,pictures,…)
• Bad background history

Pro:

• Skilled team with many backgrounds, good link into industry
• A lot of projects in their pipeline
• Good connections to other projects like QTUM
• NO ICO!
• Good ambitions
• Cheap! (3-4 Sat)
• Swap coming today

Disclaimer:
I invested in this coin as I think it will have a good progress and development in the feature.

Edit#1:
Coin swap seems to be processed on coingather, Yobit and Bleutrade are still swapping in the background, due to the higher activity on these 2 platforms the swap will need more time (according to HTML-devs).
As we can already see HTML (Ticker changed from HTML5 to HTML) on coingather, I think it is safe to say the swap is no scam or P&D marketing. People panic sold as they thought swapping is just pressing a button, expect at lot of P&D and FUD/FOMO trading in the next hours/days.
I will write a larger review about possible projects which are building up on this coin including an outlook.
