Billionaire Michael Novogratz Reveals Plan For Cryptocurrency Merchant Bank
Ex-fund manager and billionaire Mike Novogratz recently revealed plans to launch a cryptocurrency merchant bank.
Some described it as the Goldman Sachs of crypto assets which will constitute a full service, digital assets merchant bank.
Reports say that the plan is to list the company into TSX Venture Exchange & raise upwards of 200 million USD.
The company aims to finish the project before the end of the first quarter.
Goldman Sachs Considers Bitcoin A Viable Alternative Form Of Money In Troubled Economioes
A recent report published by Goldman Sachs says that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies could serve as alternative forms of money in times of troubled economies.
The company assumes that in the long run, digital assets should be equal or slightly below the growth in global real output.
Some governments are even making steps towards launching their own national cryptocurrency to help their economy.

Although I think that it is a healthy sign for banking to take crypto seriously but somehow their interest reeks of deception.
You can't really do away with the banks but I really would like to see the crypto market to meet them as a superior rather than just another customer they can screw with.
