Huobi Korea Has Officially Launched With 100 Cryptocurrencies
On March 30, 2018, Huobi has officially launched in South Korea and currently facilitates 100 cryptocurrencies & 208 markets.
Huobi Korea is a subsidiary of the Bejing-based cryptocurrency trading service Huobi.
The platform has 98 BTC markets, 77 ETH markets and 33 USDT markets.
The exchange is creating an investor protection fund & program that will immediately compensate any losses due to errors not made by the investors.
Also, they are preparing KRW markets which will soon be available in the platform.
Bittrex Indroduces A Tether To TrueUSD Trading Pair
The US based cryptocurrency exchange Bittrex has issued a new trading pair for Tether (USDT) and TrueUSD (TUSD).
USDT is issued by Tether while TUSD is issued by TrustToken, and both cryptocurrencies are pegged to US dollar.
These cryptocurrencies are called stable tokens where traders can use to protect themselves from market votality.
Russian Bank To Test Crypto Transactions In Switzerland
Gazprombank, Russia's 3rd-largest bank is planning to conduct crypto transactions in Switzerland later this year.
The plan is a part of a pilot program through it’s the bank's subsidiary in Switzerland.
The state-owned bank has decided to try out this cryptocurrency deals in response to the demand from a number of major private investors.
