Cook with Us #31 - Rosella Romance Ice Cube
Rosella flowers are not originally from Indonesia. but we here use rosella instead of drinking green tea. the taste is sour. for women who are on a diet, rosella drinks are perfect. Of course not too much and may not be too often. especially on an empty stomach.
How to make ice cube Rosella Romance?
•9 Rosella flowers
•Palm Sugar
•Water
Rosella boiled with two glasses of water until reddish. So rosy pale color. Let stand until cold. After cold, prepare ice cube molds and fill with Rosella water. I made two ice, one There was a Rosella flower in the direction. And, the second is filled with water. Finished and the mold has entered the freezer. Arrange clear ice cube then the Rosella ice cube above. Flush with Rosella water remaining stew. Flush with Palm sugar powder. Ready to be served.
Latin name is Hibiscus Sabda Riffa. I usually serve this drink cold when it is hot and I need fresh energy. Or when the night is cold, then it rains, the romantic atmosphere remembers someone. 😂😂😂 served warmly to treat longing. Oh... I miss... 😄😄😄

It's wonderful to learn something new as I have not heard of rosella romance before. It looks like the rosella flower is flavorful and the color is beautiful and intense. I would love to try it one of these days.
