(Trying to choose winners in a contest that has received quite literally HUNDREDS of magnificent entries! How will I do it without tearing myself apart? - pulled in divergent directions by fabulous responses incorporating countless variant themes?)
So many super creative steemers
have replied with so many super creative stories and ideas
as to what could lie behind this door:

in order to lessen the burden of rewarding only 3 of the fabulous steemers
who had put in the effort to write their own post with tag "behindmysterydoor" as a response, I decided to send 10 SBD to every post done under that tag up until my post paid out (14 days ago as of now)!

...........yes, the conundrum, is:
I can no longer access all the entries under the #behindmysterydoor tag!

This 25 SBD bounty offer
to get the list of posts under behindmysterydoor tag is good until noon April 18th UTC. If I haven't found a way to access the list by then I will award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes (50, 25, and 15 Steem) to the best entries that I can recall. This is far from perfect, but the only solution I have been able to come up with so far.
In the interests of fairness,
I also offer a 25 SBD bounty to any suggestion submitted in the responses below, by noon April 18th UTC, of an alternative and more fair solution (as judged by me) to my conundrum.

I used to always check my mentions on either http://steemistry.com/steemit-mentions-tool/?mention=@isteemithard or by using the mentions tab on my 'Steemit More info" chrome extension but for the past month or so both of these are not working so I have been unable to find other users posts that mention me. I was wondering if you know of another way?

For the mentions I am using Ginabot You need to be on discord to use the service.
It used to be possible also through steem.rocks (but you can still monitor your follows, unfollows etc through steem.rocks)

I found this entire contest quite fun and spectacular for finding a way to energize everyone.

P.S. Re-steemed. This was the most out-of-ordinary contest I've seen in a long time. I loved the suspense, uniqueness of it... and how everyone got involved. What a way to build community involvement... even in something as obscure as this.

So, my suggestion is inspired by Kanye West. You can announce the winner...Let's say you pick (I randomly pick a name) @eliakon for first place. I will interfere (kindly) and say "I am really happy for you @eliakon, I'll let you finish, no disrespect to @onceuponatime for picking you but (randomly picking again) @alinak15 had one of the greatest posts of all time. Of all time!!!!!!!"
