GoChain offers to resolve this by changing POW(Proof of Work) to POR (Proof of Reputation) which is based on POA(Proof of authority). With this improvement, companies can stake their reputations instead of computer power. The difference between POR and POW is that POR is based on the company and POW is based on the individual.
