A Contest For "Super Bowl Week - Newbie Edition" - LETS TALK FOOTBALL!
I see all of these fun games happening this week with #superbowlweekne, I had to join the Party! I thought I'd have a fun game relating to the Super Bowl! The first week of February is always football talk in the office, at home, on social media, and with family. So, why not bring it to Steemit! Lets talk football! (Side note: My brother is getting married on Sunday, and his bride to be does not want us talking football during the wedding..FYI my brothers are HUGH Eagles Fans!...Bummer!)
Simple Rules:
- Comment your favorite OR not so favorite Super Bowl!
- If you can't think of a Super Bowl...Comment a Favorite/Most Memorable past Super Bowl Commercial.
- Guess the Total Game Score of this years Super Bowl! (Total Game Score Equals final game score added together...Example: If the final score of the game is 21-27, the total game score would be 48) To all the betting folks - As of this post Sportsline.com has the Over/Under at 48.
- Guess the Winning Team! Philadelphia Eagles OR New England Patriots

The Most depressing Super Bowl Ever!!
Super Bowl XLVIII Denver Broncos v. Seattle Seahawks. This has to be my least favorite Super Bowl. My wife and I were so excited to have a tiny Super Bowl party and watch Payton Manning of the Denver Broncos win the big one! Before we could even dig into the nachos this game was pretty much over! We couldn't believe what was happening. My wife didn't even make it to the 4th quarter and stopped watching. Needless to say, we haven't had a Super Bowl Party since. Seattle 48 - Denver 8.

Hi @iexplore. Great to see you're finding your groove. ;) I normally tell my teammates to come play, but I will join on this one.
Favorite Superbowl game: Last match between Eagles and Patriots. We were at a party full of Eagles fans. My husband is a Patriots fan, and of course I had to support him. But we were at a party with all Eagles's fans! So when the Patriots won, we took a stolen moment to hi-five outside, then came back in with our "so sorry, Eagles should've won face".
Total Score Game: 38.
Super Bowl Champion - New England Patriots.
Eagles have a history of choking at game time. I would like the Eagles to win this time, but I don't think they can pull it off. I hope there are no hardcore Eagles fans on here!
Confirmed! Thanks for Playing! I was working during that Super Bowl and we had a TV with antennas (rabbit ears) on that barely showed the video but at least played the sound.

My favorite Super Bowl was last year! I think the comeback by the Partriots was amazing. I wanted the Falcons to win before the game started but to watch the magic that unfolded by Brady and co. changed my mind and I rooted for that comeback. I will say that the catch by Julio Jones in this game on the sidelines was probably the most stunning catch I've ever seen.

Thanks @davemccoy! I don't know if I enjoyed my own game or watching and participating in #superbowlweekne as it unfolded throughout the week. It's great to witness other steemians working hard at creating something special. Kudos to you and the whole team! I think once I get a little more of a following on here, I would get a better response, but I'm still learning the curve.

Ah yes 2015! That was nail biter at the end! Seattle almost won back to back Super Bowls! What great ending though!! It's tough to bet against Tom Brady and those Pats!
