Mr. T’s gold.... 100 SBD giveaway

Time is almost up to enter my contest giving away 100 SBDS where any Steemian can enter with any content!

This is my 3rd example entry to inspire Steemians on the ways they can participate in this contest. I’m writing this to demonstrate that anyone can enter this contest, as I am doing, without any specific talent or skill other than a time investment.

How much Menē gold would it take to make Mr. T happy?

Mr. T wears up to 45 lbs of gold around his neck in the form of 14k gold. Clearly Mr. T is not on Steemit yet and has not heard of Menē.

Menē would not only allow Mr. T to wear fashionable 24 karat gold chains at a more affordable rate than his current jewelry choices, it would likely save him some neck and back pain.

This looks a little uncomfortable to me.

...that 14 karat gold is actually only 58% gold and 42% “not gold.”

So 45 Lbs of Mr. T 14k gold is 20,411 grams total weight.

Only 58% of this total weight is gold which brings us to 11,838.38 grams of pure gold.

Mr. T would only need 36 Linear Link Necklaces to wear the same amount of gold he usually carries around his neck.

This would be a mere 26 lbs around his neck, yet contain the same amount of gold as his current 45 lbs of 14k karat gold. In addition, Mr. T would enjoy the unique deep yellow 24 karat color of Menē gold, and the designer look and feel.

As tough as Mr. T is, he might as well make it a little easier on himself in his golden years to wear his gold.

A little known fact about the history of Mr. T is that he bought his first gold chain in 1977 for $129 on layaway.

Since I weigh much less than Mr. T, the relative weight of the 45 lbs of gold he usually wears would be a significant burden on me. I will stick with the 36 Linear Link Necklaces of 24 karat Menē gold .

I pity the fool that does otherwise.
