Art - Fiction - Witness Contest. Prize Pool 139+ STEEM.

I have been following a recent political debacle between @transisto and Writer's Block, which started with @transisto downvoting fiction posts by @michelle.gent. I think everybody is overreacting. I say everybody should calm down and listen to each other. In the end, you will find out we are all on the same side. I have been refraining myself from getting involved and making comments on this drama because I didn't want to offend either side.

Instead, I would like to pivot the drama towards something more positive and encourage political awareness of the platform. I am announcing a contest for an original post which will include a fiction, an art and a witness as the main character. You need to choose one or more of the witnesses as your main character from the list of featured witnesses below.

Post needs to include an original art featuring your main character along with the proper theme for the story. Post must include a fiction story about the main character, and must be at least 700 words long. You can choose any topic/theme for the story. For example: "Jerry's adventures in magical Steemland", "Luke witnessed an alien abduction", or "Feruz and his good karma", etc. Better yet include multiple witnesses in the story. Visit their blogs, learn about them, be creative.

I recommend artists and fiction writers to team up. If an artist and a writer team up to make the post, the winning prize will be split among them. Only one of you the can publish the post, just make sure to give credit who did which part. Or you can do an entire post yourself and win the 100% of the prize.
