An International Marketplace
Customers from any country can shop here
Customers can have the freedom to shop from vendors in their own country or around the world!
Vendors from any country can vend in Homesteaders Co-op
Vendors have the freedom to ship to any country they wish. Whether it is just domestically within their own country, to just a few select countries or anywhere internationally!
This means there are more options for customers and vendors
Shopping Internationally
This is what international shopping looks like on Homesteaders Co-op. We just finished building a new feature that allows shoppers to be able to browse products by country.
There are two options:
Browse by country that vendor ships from
Because you may want to shop for products that ship from your country only.Browse by countries that vendors ship to
Because you may want to shop for products that ship to your country from anywhere else.
8 Countries and Counting
Homesteaders Co-op has 20 vendors in 8 countries with nearly 150 products accepting STEEM and SBD. Many also accept USD. More vendors are interested to join or are in the process of setting up their stores.
Do you see your country represented below?
If you answer no, we hope you will let your favorite sustainable, handmade, homesteader vendors know that you want to see them in Homesteaders Co-op with their handmade/eco-conscious products for STEEM / SBD / USD!

Borders? What's that?
-Nate ;)
Yay!!! Grow grow grow!! This is so beautiful ๐
I'm still thinking about what else we have to offer except organic Thai (and european) herbs...
Do you think if we take some snaps of authentic Thai crafts that people make here, and upload them...?
Still thinking, before we do decide anything - but it's a great project!
This is a great brainstorming @lucylin :) What are you most passionate about? It sounds like you may be passionate about growing herbs and photography? @papa-pepper is offering catnip on HSCO. There is definitely more room for herbs. Do you live and garden in Thailand?
Yeah , our garden is full of Thai basil (kapow) - (and 'normal', Italian basil) we have to throw it away! - it grows faster than we can eat it, in these parts..
That is so exciting!! How nice that you have so much abundance of basil :)
....it would be cool to send to people (for free- just postage and gas money to the post office, but probably not much cheaper than locally bought produce..Unless we sent it by the pound!)
Like I say, We are still thinking of other things that we could offer...
A one stop, Thai shop! lol
If you are thinking free minus postage, you would be a good fit for the upcoming gift section that we will be creating in effort to encourage gift economy in homesteaders co-op :) Looking forward to hear what you come up with .. hopefully it is in line with your passions and expertise!
expertise? You overestimate me . lol
You've identified abundance without fighting nature and want to share it. That's wise IMO.
Bravo!! Looking forward to offering our products @homesteaderscoop
Great idea. I hope you guys succeed. I'll have to check it out and see what kind of products you sell.
Thank you! I hope you find something that interests you. It would be nice to hear your feedback once you've checked out the products :)
